The Customer Success Manager will help build and grow Remote Year’s key B2B customer relationship and account management function - onboarding new SMB and enterprise clients and coordinating internal resources to proactively anticipate and resolve potential needs and issues of these clients and their employees. This role will interface directly with internal stakeholders across Remote Year’s partner organizations, as well as individual consumers (Remotes) employed by these clients, helping our partners accomplish their specific goals through Remote Year.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as the key point of contact for the Remote Year organization for our SMB and Enterprise partners
  2. Play the role of internal advocate on behalf of Remote Year B2B partners, sharing expectations and innovative solutions and building support internally to address their needs
  3. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders within Remote Year’s B2B partners, identifying and tracking key success factors as determined during the Remote Year onboarding process
  4. Continually identify and support potential Remotes (employees) from within each partner organization, and assist them through the application, onboarding, program launch, and program offboarding processes.


Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in B2B account management, customer success or related field within enterprise / corporate client services / people operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), MS Office Suite, and Google Apps Suite
  • Customer first mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Experience working remotely (preferred)
