The Remote Year Admissions team is looking for its next great manager to help build and grow our Admissions Associate Sales team. As a manager, you will drive the direction of the team and manage day-to-day operations for the division of Associates who are responsible for qualifying and booking interviews for Admissions Consultants. You will work closely with the Head of Admissions, Marketing, and other Sales Managers to create and drive a strategy that helps us grow our sales efforts. This will include figuring out how to move the sales funnel forward to maximize pipelines and increase revenue. You will also help us define the early buyer journey experience as we look to grow the qualified pool of applicants ready to join Remote Year. You will have the opportunity to grow the team and define what positions look like. This is a unique opportunity to coach and nurture an incredibly talented team and also help scale it by hiring and training additional top talent. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment whilst inspiring a team of young professionals and maintaining a positive work culture as we grow.
